Return Policy

  • Customers can return products within 30 days of receipt.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-returnable Items

  • Perishable goods such as coffee cannot be returned.
  • Gift cards and downloadable software products are also non-returnable.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, unless defective.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at the details below.

Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
